King of the Beach: 05/10/25 - Centereach

Sign-in Starts at: 9:15 AM

Start Time: 10:00 AM - All teams must be on-site and ready to play.

Fee: $40.00 per person. Registration closes the day before the tournament at 11:59pm.

Format:  A/AA Mens/Womens Beach Doubles. Limited availability. First come, first serve.

Prizes: Awarded to the top four players accruing the most points in the finals.

Refund Policy: 

·         Closed Availability: If availability is closed, participant will be placed on waiting list until the day of the tournament. If the availability remains closed, a full refund will be provided or will be applied to the next tournament as per participants request.

·         Cancellation: If a participant cancels, a full refund will be provided if requested 10 days or more before the tournament date. The participant may also request for the fee to be applied to the next available tournament.

• Refund Process: To initiate the refund process, the person who registered should email AmihanSurf@gmail.com with their name, date of event.

Volleyball Membership Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing this registration, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in volleyball activities involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries such as sprains, fractures, concussions, or other serious harm. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including travel to and from the event, and accept full responsibility for an injury or damages that may occur.

2. Medical Fitness

I certify that I am in good health and physically fit to participate and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical professional. I authorize event organizers to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf in the case of injury or illness.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Amihan Surf International, LLC, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and the facility owners for any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained while participating in this event or any volleyball related activities.

4. Media Consent

I consent to the use of my image, name, or likeness in promotional materials, including photos and videos, unless I notify the organization in writing. 

I understand that:

• I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or videos.
• My name may be used in connection with the images or videos.
• All media becomes the property of Amihan Surf International, LLC.

5. Emergency Contact

I agree to provide accurate emergency contact information if required and authorize event organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if needed.

6. Agreement

By purchasing this registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and release of liability.
